13th Annual SFiFF
The 13th Annual Santa Fe Independent Film Festival took place October 13th-17th with its largest program to date. SFiFF honored three-time Academy Award-Winning Writer and Director Oliver Stone with a Lifetime Achievement Award, hosted an in-person Masters Discussion with actress Cassidy Freeman, and hosted an online Masters Discussion with author Julia Cameron. 2021 SFiFF celebrated Closing Night with a sold-out, early screening of Spencer, directed by Pablo Larraín and starring Kristen Stewart and Timothy Spall.

October 16-20, 2019
The 11th Annual SFiFF received over 1,800 film submissions from around the globe, hosted over 100 visiting filmmakers, and presented world-class film screenings, discussion panels, and networking events in venues throughout downtown Santa Fe. 2019 SFiFF welcomed Tantoo Cardinal (Dances With Wolves), an acclaimed actress with over 100 roles under her belt, and two-time Golden Globe and Emmy Winning Actress Jane Seymour (Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman) to each receive a Lifetime Achievement Award. Just one week before he received his honorary Academy Award, Wes Studi presented Cardinal with the SFiFF Tin Pie at the Lensic.

We will also welcome our new advisory board members and announce our 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient.
