Where is the box office?

What’s the difference between a ticket and a pass?
A ticket gives you access to an individual screening, event, or panel that you have purchased, while a Pass includes access to everything happening during the festival, except the Filmmaker Brunch. Festival passes require ticket reservation 48 hours prior to showtime.
SFiFF will announce its festival program in Late September 2025, at which time individual tickets will go on sale in October.
Are there any package deals for tickets?
Of course! If you know you want to attend multiple shows, you can purchase package deals online for a discounted price. We offer a package of 6 tickets or a package of 8 tickets. You must purchase the package first before you can fulfill your tickets. Six packs and Eight packs work for any general admission films and does not include parties, tributes, Opening, Closing or Centrepiece Film. Six packs and Eight packs allow the maximum of two(2) tickets per show.
Can I still attend the Festival if I’m not a Passholder?
Absolutely! You can purchase tickets to shows online or at the door*, and there will also be several free screenings open to the public.
*It is still recommended to reserve individual tickets in advance, as sold-out screenings are common.

When can I pull tickets with my Pass?
See below under each specific Pass FAQ for when your Pass allows you to reserve tickets.
Can I share my pass?
No, passes are non-transferable and each pass is for one attendee.
Can my pass be revoked?
Yes. SFiFF can revoke your pass without refund if you are disruptive to other guests at any event during the Fest. Any disruption (at SFiFF discretion) that is an intentional attempt to interrupt, subvert, or threaten any program can result in immediate and permanent revocation of your pass and pass revocation of anyone else in your party.
Can I bring a guest with my pass?
Each pass is only for one attendee, however if you wish to bring a guest to screenings or events you may purchase an additional ticket for that attendee.
What if I lose my pass?
Having your physical pass is the best and easiest way to be admitted to events and navigate the festival. However, should you misplace it, you are still listed in our ticketing system, Eventive, and you are still able to make reservations through your Eventive profile. Please see the usher at each event you are attending for your admission.
Can I get a refund on my pass if I decide not to use it?
Unfortunately, SFiFF is unable to offer refunds on passes.
When should I arrive?
As a passholder or ticket holder, you must arrive 15 minutes prior to Film Screenings, unless you have a Patron Pass, which allows access up to 5 minutes before the screening. If you’d like to purchase theater concessions, we suggest arriving earlier.
What do I need to bring to the screening?
If you are a Passholder, bring your pass and reserved ticket.
If you bought a ticket online, you’ll need to bring a physical or digital copy of your ticket QR code.
What if the film I want to see is sold out?
Go to the theater 10-20 minutes before showtime and inform an usher you wish to be put in the standby line. If there is available seating, you can purchase a rush ticket, and an usher will permit you to the screening. Late seating is not permitted.
Where can I get fest merchandise?
Throughout the year, SFiFF merchandise can be purchased via our online store. Merchandise will also be available in-person at SFiFF’s Box Office throughout the festival.
Can I record audio or video in the theaters and other festival venues?
Recording any audio or video in any manner and through any medium is strictly prohibited in all theaters and venues of the Santa Fe International Film Festival and Santa Fe Film Institute. Anyone found to be making any such recording shall be subject to removal from the theater, revocation of any pass allowing entrance to the Fest without refund, confiscation of any equipment and storage media used in the recording, and criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Are animals allowed?
No animals allowed (service/support animals only).
Is this an all ages event?
